For customers who have made payments at Circle K Sunkus, we kindly ask that you make any future payments at FamilyMart.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1 Reservation
Please make your reservation via our website or SF Call Center.

Carry out the purchasing procedure from the reservation completion screen or the reservation details confirmation screen.

Select ‘Pay at Convenience Store’ from the payment method selection screen.
- (3)
Please make a note of your customer number and confirmation number (400008), which will be required when paying.

Step 2 Payment
Operate the multimedia terminal at the store and issue an application ticket according to the instructions on the screen.
After operating the terminal, please take your application ticket to the cash register within 30 minutes of it being issued and pay.- *
Collect the receipt at the convenience store when you make your payment.

Step 3 The day of your flight
You will need a copy of your e-ticket and your passport to check in.
Please finish checking in at the airport check-in counter at least 40 minutes before your departure time on the day of departure.
