International Flights: Passengers Boarding Our International Flights for the First Time
Guidance on making reservations and purchasing flights online to boarding your flight.

Step 1 Check availability and reservations
Reservations can be made via SF CALL CENTER (For International Flight Reservation and Information) or on our website. When making a reservation from our website, from ‘Ticket Reservations’ on the home page, please proceed with the reservation according to the instructions on the screen .

Step 2 Payment
Purchase a flight while making a reservation. You can hold your reservation for up to one day after the reservation has been made only when you choose to pay at a convenience store.

The option to pay at a convenience store can be selected up to 4 days before flight departure.

Step 3 Day of departure
Check-in for international flights is available 2 hours and 30 minutes before departure. Ensure you arrive at the airport in good time. You will need an e-Ticket Itinerary Receipt and your passport to check in.

Step 4 Check-in
Check-in for international flights is available from 2 hours and 30 minutes to 40 minutes before the departure time. Ensure you check-in for your flight in good time prior to departure. Baggage can also be checked in during check-in.

Step 5 Security checkpoint and boarding gate
You must undergo a security check to ensure a safe flight.
If you are concerned about the effects of metal detectors and X-ray inspections on your health and baggage, please let us know in advance of your flight. Ensure you arrive at the boarding gate in good time. -
Step 6 Immigration control
You will need to show your passport and boarding pass for an immigration inspection. The availability of an immigration card depends on the country and the passenger's nationality. Duty-free shops can be used after going through immigration control.

Step 7 Boarding gate
We will check your passport and boarding pass at the boarding gate before you board the aircraft. We ask that you arrive at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before the departure time.
