International flight: Check-in at the airport

1. Step 1.A boarding pass will be issued.

   At the airport check-in counter, please show the travel documents required for check-in and your e-Ticket Itinerary Receipt.

     Check-in will close at 40 minutes prior to departure time.

     When you check in, airport staff will check your passport, visas and other travel documents.
     Be sure to prepare the documents required in advance.

2. Step 2.A boarding pass is required for baggage check-in.

   

   Baggage that you cannot carry onto the flight will be checked during check-in.
   Be careful to avoid checking in valuable items.

3. Step 3.Proceed to the security checkpoint.

   Security has been increased at checkpoints to prevent highjacking and other forms of terrorism. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

4. Step 4.Have your passport and boarding pass in hand.

   Show your passport and boarding pass at immigration control. The availability of an immigration card depends on the country.

5. Step 5.Go to the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before the departure time.

6. Step 6.Departure

The departure location will differ depending on the airport and flight region. See the table below for details.

Please check in according to the above time. In order to maintain on-time departures, we ask that you pass security checkpoints early and come to the boarding gate at least 30 minutes prior to departure. After a certain time, you may not be able to board even if you have made a reservation. Should you miss your flight, you can apply for a refund ^*1 after being charged the prescribed fee. Note that your flight cannot be changed to another flight.
