What to Be Aware of When Confirming Reservations Online

The maximum number of reservations that can be made at any one time is 9 (including adults and children), and reservations can be made for infant passengers up to the same number of adult passengers.

The number of itineraries that can be made at any one time is two.
If you make a reservation for more than 9 people or more than 2 itineraries, you will be required to make a reservation in two parts.
Passengers who wish to make the following reservations should contact SF CALL CENTER (For International Flight Reservation and Information).

Passengers who wish to have a vegetarian meal for their in-flight meal *Please note that your choice of in-flight meal may not be available if it is less than 2 days before departure.

When seats are used when boarding infant passengers *Child fares will apply

When using two seats while boarding *The passenger's fare will be applied to two seats
About Reservations for which Cancellations and Refunds Are Possible Online
For reservations that cannot be refunded online, please contact SF CALL CENTER (For International Flight Reservation and Information). Note that the refund charge varies depending on the fare type.
