Some baggage that is within the size requirements may still be accepted as checked baggage when it cannot be stored in the cabin.

Due to stricter airline security and safety within the cabin, we request your cooperation in decreasing the amount of carry-on baggage.
- *
The size of your baggage will be checked at the security checkpoint.
- A gage that checks size is installed at the baggage checkpoint.
- Baggage that exceeds regulations cannot undergo a safety inspection.
- You will be asked to check baggage that exceeds the size permitted for carry-on baggage at the check-in counter.
- *
A passenger who brings baggage that exceeds the carry-on size restrictions and is fragile (such as instruments or paintings) or who requires 2 or more seats will be required to purchase an additional seat.
Please contact SF CALL CENTER (For International Flight Reservation and Information) to purchase an additional seat.
