International flights: Passengers with infants and young children
- When you make an online reservation with us, you can make a reservation for 1 infant (under 2 years old) per adult.
If you are using a seat for the infant, contact SF CALL CENTER (For International Flight Reservation and Information) to make a reservation. - Children under 6 years of age must be accompanied by an attendant (aged 12 or older).

Advanced Seat Reservation
You can make a seat reservation at the same time you reserve your ticket.
Available at least 40 minutes prior to flight departure.
You will have to request the service at the departure airport on or after the above times.

There are restrictions on the number of seats that can be reserved. We appreciate your understanding in cases in which we are unable to meet your request.

Changes in the aircraft used may result in changes to the seat number.

Carrying On a Child Seat
Passengers attach and remove the seats by themselves. You will need to purchase a ticket and reserve a seat.
To do so, please contact the SF CALL CENTER (For International Flight Reservation and Information).
Child seats must meet all of the following product conditions.
- Have holes through which the passenger seat belt buckle (6.5 cm by 6.5 cm square of 2.5 cm thickness) can pass and be tightly bound to the seat.
- Be 44 cm or less wide.
- Be a product that meets any of the standards below:

U.S. FMVSS or FAATS0-C1010b approved, or specifications approval

European Union ECE R44/UN R44 approved
Child seats with these safety standards are affixed with a safety standard approval label.

If you are not permitted to attach a child seat approved by other standards or regulations, we will accept it as checked baggage.
Crib Rental
Cribs are available for use in-flight. To request one, contact SF CALL CENTER (For International Flight Reservation and Information) when you make a reservation.

There are height and weight limits for children that can use the crib. Note also that there are a limited number available, and we may not be able to meet your request in some cases.

The crib can be mounted in front of the first row of seats.

It can only be used when the seatbelt sign is off.
Priority boarding
Passengers will be given priority for boarding the aircraft. Customers who would like to use this service should please come to the boarding gate early.
In-flight Services
Cabin attendants will help you prepare milk formula on board. Do not hesitate to ask.
All the restrooms are equipped with a diaper changing table. When you want to change a diaper, please tell a cabin attendant.
We have picture books and original amenities available for small children.
