Step 1Reservation
- For reservations made on the Star Flyer official websiteSelect a flight or fare from the reservation screen on your PC or mobile phone, and then enter the necessary information to make a reservation.
- By telephonePlease contact SF CALL CENTER (For International Flight Reservation and Information) and tell the operator the date and flight number to reserve.

Step 2Payment
- For reservations made on the Star Flyer official websiteAfter making a reservation, select credit card payment and enter the required information.
- By telephonePlease give the operator your credit card number, expiration date, and security code.

Step 3The day of your flight
You will need a copy of your e-ticket and your passport to check in.
Please finish checking in at the airport check-in counter at least 40 minutes before your departure time on the day of departure.
Use of Credit Cards
| Changing reservations or cancellations after payment has been made | We accept changes to reservations or cancellations after payment has been made by way of the Star Flyer official website or SF CALL CENTER (For International Flight Reservation and Information). Depending on the purchased fare, a set transaction fee will be charged for changes or cancellations after payment. |
