At Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (Taipei), airport staff from EVA Air will assist you in check-in.

Inquiries about Star Flyer flights outside hours may be made at the EVA Air check-in counter at Terminal 1 1F check-in counter Nos. 6 and 7 (*1).

The location of an airline company’s check-in counters may be changed at any time for reasons of airport operation or other circumstances.

You cannot use the self-service check-in machine.

Please use the Arrival Gate in Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (Taipei) Terminal 1.

To inquire about checked baggage and forgotten items, come to the EVA Air check-in counter inside the 1F Arrival Lobby in Terminal 1.

For all other inquiries, come to the EVA Air check-in counter in front of the 1F Nos. 6 and 7 check-in counters (*1) in Terminal 1.
