Reservation Changes / Cancellations

If you have purchased a fare that enables you to change your reservation, change the reservation before the flight departs.
To confirm, change, or cancel your reservation, you will require your passenger name and reservation number.

  If you have forgotten your reservation number, check with SF CALL CENTER (For International Flight Reservation and Information).
The procedures can be done via the Star Flyer website, smartphone website, SF CALL CENTER (For International Flight Reservation and Information), or the store where you purchased your flight.
You cannot change the passenger name.
