Step 1 Reservation
Online
Please select a flight or fare from the reservation screen on your PC or mobile phone, and then enter the necessary information. Please make a note of the boarding date, flight number, and reservation number when making a reservation. (This information will be required when paying.)

Step 2 Payment
Please take the application ticket printed by following the instructions on the multi-function printer at the convenience store to the cash register within 30 minutes, and then pay in cash.
After paying, you will receive a Transaction Statement/Receipt.
The confirmation number (9 digits) and reservation number (4 digits) are printed on the Transaction Statement/Receipt. Please keep it in a safe place until the boarding date, as you will need it when you check in.- *
Customers who have already purchased their ticket at FamilyMart can also check in using the 2D barcode printed on the Transaction Statement/Receipt only when the ticket is reserved under one person.

Step 3 The day of your flight
On the day of your flight, please complete the check-in procedure in one of the following ways, and pass through the security checkpoint at least 20 minutes before departure.

Enter the confirmation number (9 digits) and reservation number (4 digits) printed on the Transaction Statement/Receipt into the self-service check-in machine. (The self-service check-in machine might not be available for some fares)

Present your Transaction Statement/Receipt at the airport check-in counter.

At the airport check-in counter, please provide the confirmation number and reservation number printed on the Transaction Statement/Receipt.
