Instances in Which SKiP Service Is Unavailable
SKiP Service is unavailable in the following instances.
Check-in is required at the airport check-in counter or the self-service check-in machine.

A customer who has not completed either his/her reservation, purchase, or seat reservation
- (2)
A customer who is accompanied by a child or who needs assistance of the airport staff
- A customer who needs to confirm assistance by the airport staff at boarding time, such as in the case of wheelchair use
- A child between the ages of 2 and 7 who is not accompanied by a companion of age 12 or older
- A Little☆Comet (unaccompanied minor) customer
- A customer flying with infants under the age of three

Customers with an infant e-Ticket Itinerary Receipt can use the SKiP Service.

Customers using the following non-eligible fares
Discounted fare for people with a disability*1 △ Discounted fare for carers*1 △ STAR Q Discount*1 △ STAR Senior*1 △ STAR Youth*1 △ Shareholder's Benefit Discount*2 △ Fly Japan Value Fare*1 △ - *1
The SKiP Service may be used if a passenger travels round trip on the same reservation, travels one-way and documentation of the travel can be verified, and verification is confirmed at purchase (for purchase at the airport check-in counter or direct sales).

The SKiP Service may be used if a passenger has reserved, purchased and made an advanced seat reservation and has registered a Shareholder’s Benefit Number and Registration Password prior to boarding.

If A cost difference exists between the fare at the time of purchase and the applicable fare at the time of boarding
SKiP Service will also be unavailable if check-in is halted due to bad weather or similar reasons.
