Notice Regarding Reservations Suspected of Fraud

During weekends and long vacation periods, there have been a number of reservations made through STARFLYER website that are suspected to be fraudulent, such as reservations that are not actually intended for boarding or reservations in which false information is entered, and this is causing problems for our business operations and inconvenience to many of our customers.
Please be advised that we may take appropriate measures against such reservations, including cancellation of the reservation, in accordance with our Conditions of Carriage and other regulations.
